You’ll only pay fees when you win a vehicle. For each vehicle you win, all applicable fees and the Winning Bid (sale price) are due by 4:00 PM ET on the 3rd business day after the award date. If the award date falls on a weekday, it counts as day one. Your fees depend on your winning bid amount and your pricing tier, which is assigned automatically based on how many vehicles you’ve won through Auction Warriors. The two pricing tiers below show the fees for each winning bid bracket.

Transportation

After you win a vehicle, it must be removed from the auction or seller yard by the 3rd business day to avoid storage fees. If the award day falls on a weekday, it counts as day one. Auction Warriors offers transportation to most addresses in the United States and Canada, as well as to international ports in the United Arab Emirates and the country of Georgia. If your address is within the Auction Warriors delivery network, a transportation charge may be added to your invoice automatically for convenience. You may cancel Auction Warriors transportation and provide your own transporter instead. Regardless of whether you use Auction Warriors transportation or arrange your own, you remain fully responsible for ensuring the vehicle is paid for and removed from the auction or seller yard on time. Please contact us before bidding to confirm whether your address or destination is currently serviced.

Late, Storage & Relist penalties

If your purchase is not paid for in full and picked up from auction or seller yard on time, the penalties below will apply.

Late Payment Fee

2.00% (min $50.00)
One-time fee if any balance remains unpaid by 4:00 PM ET on the 3rd business day after the award date.

Storage Fee

$50.00 per day
Charged daily beginning at 4:00 PM ET on the 3rd business day after the award date and continuing until the vehicle is released, including the release date.

Relist Fee

10.00% (min $600.00)
Charged at 4:00 PM ET on the 8th calendar day after the award date.
